This is without a doubt the worst company I have ever dealt with 'ever' for customer service. I have left numerous 'messages' because there was never anyone in their Service Department when I rang. I have now been trying for well over 2 months to speak to someone to arrange the serviceman to come back out. It cost me over $200 for a door adjustment of which only worked for a couple of weeks and it broke again. They certainly seem to have become a sales only business that has outsourced its servicing to local contractor with absolutely no support, communication or concern for their customers.Īfter writing this, Product Review mediated with the supplier to gain a response and a serviceman. It is now nearly 4 months since the initial request, several phone calls, emails, web enquiries etc, and still no serviceman, no appointment, no contact and NO CARE. A manager rang to advise they were very busy, apologised and said she would personally arrange someone. I complained on their website and inwriting. I rang the office to complain and try and get a servicesman - nobody available, I'l. I contacted them through their web site to try and get a serviceman out to the house for a door not shutting properly. There is zero after sale service and maintenance (or care).

However, since being bought out there 'service' is non-existent unless you are buying a new door. I have had numerous houses over the years with Gliderol doors.
